I have been in fashion most of my life. Since the time I started working in my dad's shoe store when I was 13. I started working for Nordstrom in college and worked for them for almost 20 yrs. I have been in sales, buying, merchandising, store managing and product development for them. I learned a lot and worked with many talented people.
I spent about 6 yrs in New York working for a Men's Tailored Clothing designer. I used to travel to Italy 3 to 4 times a year and learned a lot about luxury fabrics, proper fit and great food! :)
I recently had breast cancer and realized first hand how important and helpful it was having comfortable and flattering "go to" outfits. I mention this because, I meet at least one person daily who is dealing with this disease or has dealt with it. I know first hand, how hard it is and how long it takes to get "yourself" feeling "normal" again and even longer to feel confident and pretty. The good news is I can help you get your "mojo" back.
I help you look fabulous, feel great and better understand and maximize your wardrobe.
I teach you how to choose silhouettes that work best for your body type, re-interpret your old favorites and develop your unique style that fits your goals, personality and budget.
No one should be a "slave" to fashion. It is supposed to make you feel good about yourself and make you look your best. Fashion is not just about designers but more about how you take what those designers create and make it your own.
Fashion doesn't have to be about attitude, labels and judging. Creating your own style should be fun, stress free and rewarding!
